Once the location is finalized, we'll assemble your team of service providers. From here, we work our way forward step by step: concept, details, process, fine-tuning. If desired, we can also accompany you to meetings with service providers if you need support or a second opinion.

Shortly before the wedding, we bring everything together, create your schedule and coordinate every point with everyone involved, so that everything fits together perfectly on the big day.

On your wedding day, we'll be the first ones there. We'll coordinate all the vendors, resolve any minor issues behind the scenes, and be the point of contact for you and your guests. We'll guide you through the day, keep track of the schedule, and ensure you can celebrate like guests – without having to make a single organizational decision.
