OUR STORY
We've known each other for over 12 years. What started as a friendship is now the basis for everything we do.
12+ YEARS
We met in our twenties while playing sports. We were different, had different strengths, different paths, and often different perspectives on things. Perhaps that was precisely why a meeting blossomed into a friendship that has grown over the years.
TWO PATHS
As our lives have evolved, our career paths have also become clearer. Kerstin found her niche in the wedding world through calligraphy – with handwritten details, stationery, and a keen eye for design. Isabella moved into event planning, bringing with her over eight years of experience in organization, logistics, vendor coordination, and planning.
AN IDEA
Chic & Coordinated Weddings was born from this idea.
Eventually, many conversations led to a shared idea: What happens if we combine exactly that?
To-do lists? Always.
Plan B? Already in mind.
Schedules? Great love.
Checking boxes on to-do lists? Very satisfactory.

I like weddings where you can tell that not only the process is right, but also the feeling behind it.
Perhaps this stems from event planning. I can relatively quickly see what a wedding needs – for example, the timeline and what's important for the people involved. When is peace and quiet needed? When is energy needed? When should the schedule not be too tight? Which decisions will make things much easier later on?
I love it when a lot of loose ideas come together to form a plan, not complicated or over-organized. Just one that everyone knows what to do – and so you as a couple can enjoy the day.
In the planning phase, I'm often the one who sorts things out, connects them, and sees the next step. And yes, I'm also the one who probably already has a Plan B in mind before anyone even says the word "Plan B."

I love details. Not because everything has to be perfectly coordinated, but because they give a wedding personality. Handwritten cards for each guest, choosing an element that connects you both as your wedding logo – these are exactly the kinds of things that make all the difference for me.
I've been working in the wedding industry with calligraphy since 2020, before we founded Chic & Coordinated Weddings. Today, I bring this perspective to our planning: for design, atmosphere, and the small decisions that make a concept more personal.
