When should we start planning the wedding?
The earlier, the better – many popular venues and sought-after service providers are booked 12–18 months in advance. But even if you're getting married in a shorter timeframe, that's absolutely doable. We'll adapt the planning to your timeframe and work together to find a solution that works for you.

Is it worth investing in a wedding planner?

We also have partnerships with stationery platforms, bridal boutiques, and more, and we can pass these exclusive discounts directly on to you. We can also easily repurpose the floral arrangements from the ceremony for the reception or flexibly reuse rented chairs from the ceremony – for example, for the dinner.

How much experience do you have in the wedding industry?
We have been working in the event and wedding industry for many years: - Isabella has been working in the event industry for over 8 years and has organized large events of all kinds. Her experience ranges from large corporate events to exclusive weddings. - Kerstin has been active in the wedding business since 2020 and specializes in wedding stationery and design. She knows the trends and understands exactly what questions and challenges couples have during the planning process. Our joint training as wedding planners has allowed us to work on a wide variety of weddings – from small, intimate celebrations to large weddings with 200 guests. As CC-Events, we have been supporting our bridal couples since 2023.
How much do we decide ourselves and how much do you take off our hands?
All decisions are yours. We are your advisors, guides, and mentors, providing you with professional assessments, tips, and options. You decide what works for you – we'll implement it for you. You also determine how involved you want to be in the planning. We'll take care of exactly the tasks you want to delegate and give you the freedom to shape everything yourself.

Our collaboration begins with a free, no-obligation initial consultation – online or in person. Here, we'll discuss your wishes, your budget, and the general framework for your wedding. Afterward, you'll receive a personalized quote, which we can adjust as needed. Once you've made your decision, the deposit is paid, and the planning officially begins. In an initial planning meeting, we'll review your vision and start searching for the perfect venue. Then, we'll begin selecting your vendors. You'll receive overviews and suggestions containing all the relevant information – no overwhelming number of quotes for you. We handle all communication with the vendors and conduct several introductory meetings – it's important to us that you get to know the people who will be with you on your wedding day. Once the team is finalized, we'll move on to the detailed planning: decorations, timeline, music, atmosphere, and personal touches. Together, we'll schedule a final meeting at the venue, discuss any surprises with your wedding party, and note what you do NOT want (e.g., bride kidnapping). You'll receive regular to-do lists, check-ins, and budget updates. We'll keep track of everything and let you know early if anything goes wrong. Finally, we'll create a detailed timeline for you and all key people – with all the information that's important for the smooth running of your wedding (without giving away any surprises!). How can we make our wedding personal and tailored to us?
Even in the planning phase, we place great emphasis on a sense of "we." Through planning meetings, creative ideas, and plenty of empathy, we bring out what makes you unique. This results in concepts that don't feel like something from Pinterest—but like you.
How flexible are your packages?
Very flexible! We involve ourselves in the planning as much as you like. We adapt to your desired level of support and tailor our services accordingly. That's why we offer a free initial consultation before every quote, ensuring you only receive what you actually need.
Are partial plans also possible?
Absolutely! Even if you've already completed some of the planning, we can seamlessly integrate into your existing plans and handle only the aspects you need. Not sure which package is right for you? Yes! Our wedding day support begins 8-10 weeks before your wedding day. During this time, we handle the final coordination with all vendors, create a detailed timeline, and ensure everything is perfectly coordinated. This way, we're familiar with all the details on your wedding day and can work seamlessly behind the scenes. On your wedding day itself, we'll be the first on site, coordinating vendors, keeping track of the schedule, and supporting you every step of the way. You enjoy your day – we'll take care of the rest!

How much does a wedding planner cost?
The cost of wedding planning depends on the package you choose – whether full planning, partial planning, or just day-of support. Every wedding is unique, and we tailor our support to your needs. Wedding planning involves much more than just phone calls and to-do lists – it means structure, time savings, and professional guidance so you can relax and look forward to your special day. For full planning, we invest approximately 100–150 hours in organizing your wedding. What factors influence the price of wedding planning?
The cost of wedding planning depends on various factors – depending on the scope and individual wishes. These points play a role: ✔ Number of guests – More guests mean more coordination, larger venues, and more planning effort. ✔ Location & distance – If the venue is further away, additional travel and accommodation costs may be incurred. ✔ Additional services – Extra services such as guest management, sending invitations, or special planning packages.
How much does a wedding cost?
The cost of a wedding depends on many factors – including the number of guests, the venue, vendors, and individual requests. Of course, it's possible to get married on a smaller budget, but if you're planning a beautiful venue, 60–90 guests, and high-quality vendors like photographers and videographers, you should expect to spend at least €20,000–€25,000. A wedding on a smaller budget is certainly possible – if it doesn't have to be a castle or if certain elements are kept simpler. At the same time, there's practically no upper limit, as individual requests and exclusive extras can significantly affect the price. Are witnesses mandatory at weddings in Austria?
Witnesses are no longer mandatory for a civil wedding ceremony since November 1, 2013. Nevertheless, it remains a traditional custom.
